Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees serve to compensate Gleamoo partners (Gleamers) for the time and effort they invest in traveling to your location. These fees are applicable in specific scenarios outlined below.

For a smooth mobile car wash experience with Gleamoo partners (Gleamers), we recommend customers request a service only when they are present at home and ready to receive it. This ensures efficient scheduling and enhances the experience for both parties.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

A cancellation fee applies to instant job requests if canceled after 15 minutes of being matched with a Gleamoo partner (Gleamer), except in the following cases:

Your Gleamoo partner (Gleamer) is expected to arrive 15 minutes or more later than the original ETA at the time of cancellation.( how we calculate that the gleamer is late? )

Your Gleamoo partner (Gleamer) has not made sufficient progress to your location, as determined by Gleamoo.

If a job is canceled after it has begun, a full cancellation fee will be applied, and no refund will be issued.

To streamline our scheduling process, any cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled job start time will result in a penalty equivalent to 20% of the total booking cost.

Refund Processing: Refunds for canceled bookings (if applicable), will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation request. Please allow 48-72 hours for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Gleamoo Partner (Gleamer)-Initiated Cancellations:

In the event that your Gleamoo partner (Gleamer) is left waiting at your designated location for over 15 minutes without your arrival, they reserve the right to cancel the job. Upon cancellation, a 'no-show' fee of 20% of the total booking cost will be applied.

Payment for Canceled Bookings: Refunds for canceled bookings will be credited to your wallet and processed together with your weekly payments.
